As temperatures cool down in Atlanta for the fall and winter so do some housing markets. There are many who say that that the Real Estate Market has fully recovered, but in Atlanta I see a market divided. The higher price point homes are really showing improvement with signs of new construction popping up in different areas of Metro Atlanta. The lower priced homes, $150,000 and under tend to be sitting a little longer because owner occupants are still struggling to obtain loans; this is leading to more renters in that market place. With an influx of renters this is where I see the value and opportunities in today’s housing market, Buy & Hold.
