PMI Georgia is owned & operated by Chris & Donna Littleton. The Littleton's own rental property themselves & have been managing Atlanta properties for others since 2004. They joined the PMI Franchise system in 2017. Becoming part of a larger company that has been perfecting & changing the property management industry for over 20 years has provided resources not readily available to independent firms, while maintaining local service & expertise. PMI Georgia offers full service residential real estate asset management and brokerage services.

Chris & his wife Donna turned their passion for real estate investing into a business in 2004 when they founded Solutions Realty Network, now doing business as PMI Georgia. The Littleton’s also own & operate Home Pro Solutions, a general contracting company specializing in renovating and maintaining rental property. Chris is a past President of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GaREIA) & an Atlanta REIA Business Associate. Chris spent 21 years in the airline industry before transitioning his experience to real estate investing.
Donna & her husband Chris believe real estate is a great investment, it gives you more control than you have with many other investments, so they've literally made it their business to become experts on all aspects of owning rental property. The couple founded Solutions Realty Network in 2004 & in 2017 joined the PMI Franchise Family. In addition to being PMI franchise owners, Donna (and Chris) serve as Regional Mentors to PMI property managers in the state of Georgia, helping and guiding them to grow their own franchises. Prior to Property Management, Donna was an International Flight Attendant with TWA & American Airlines.
Beth brings 20+ years business management experience including 6 years in property management to our organization. Prior to Property Management she was also a residential real estate agent, utility construction company business partner and Mainframe Systems Engineer for Delta Air Lines.
Mark brings 35+ years of property management experience, including managing large apartment communities throughout the United States for institutional investors, foreign investors, high-net worth investors, private REIT, as well as other private and public ownership entities. Mark also has prior experience in remodeling and single-family home construction.
Courtney graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Recreation and a minor in Psychology. Although she is new to property management, she is taking this time to learn new skills that will carry over into the future. Courtney is committed to providing property owners and their tenants with a positive experience while guiding them through the process of finding their next dream home!
Ali brings many years of customer service and property management experience to her position as Property coordinator at PMI Georgia. With a long background in customer service management, HOA and property management Ali is always ready to step in, problem solve and come up with a solution for all your property needs.
AJ began his career with PMI Georgia as a field manager with its sister maintenance company utilizing his 5+ years of construction experience to provide thorough scopes of work for property renovations & turns between tenants. Inspired by his family of real estate professionals and property managers he became a licensed Realtor soon afterwards. You could say this industry is in his blood, and it shows in his passion for his work. He is dedicated to making sure all his clients are treated fairly and get the very best possible outcome on every transaction.
Cathy’s 20 years of medical practice management & two years of property management experience have given her the skills required to multi-task and manage the extremely busy position of leasing coordinator. In addition, Cathy manages a multitude of task to keep the office flow in check,
Landon has 9+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, outside sales, tradeshow design and facilitation, social media, websites, and promotional content creation. He owes a lot of his success to his college alma mater (LaGrange College), his former bosses and colleagues, and his family.
