PMI Georgia offers investors simple, straightforward management with southern hospitality. The owners, Chris & Donna Littleton, turned their passion for real estate investing into a business in 2004 when they founded Solutions Realty Network. They joined the PMI Franchise system in 2017 to gain access to resources not readily available to independent firms. Chris & Donna chose PMI because their CORE VALUES were in alignment.

Meet the Owners
Chris & Donna believe real estate is a great investment, it gives you more control than you have with many other investments, so they’ve literally made it their business to become experts on all aspects of owning rental property. The Littleton's own several rental properties & serve as Regional Mentors to PMI Franchisees in the state of Georgia. Chris turned his parents’ retirement account around when it began losing money in stocks by transitioning it to a Self-Directed IRA to use the funds to invest in rental homes. The Littleton’s also own & operate Home Pro Solutions, specializing in renovating and maintaining rental property. Chris & Donna drive PMI’s BRAND PERSONALITY of being GENUINE, PROACTIVE, CONFIDENT & BOLD.
Chris & Donna met during their previous career in the airline industry & have been married 27 years. They have 2 daughters & 2 dogs. They enjoy working & traveling together, taking their dogs out on their paddleboards, summer concerts at the local amphitheater “The Fred”, that PMI Georgia is proud to sponsor & having friends to their home “The Red Canoe” to enjoy a sunset, beer on tap, a game of darts, ring toss, horseshoes or even a little poker or gathering at the firepit.
Meet PMI Georgia’s Portfolio Managers
Ja’nat has a degree in business management and 15+ years of experience in the administrative, turnkey, customer service & home disaster restoration fields. She is a licensed real estate sales agent (since 2007), an entrepreneur, and a certified Mediator. Her various roles at PMI Georgia of accounts payable & receivable, move-out calculations & more have prepared Ja’nat to effortlessly step into the role of Portfolio Manager. Ja’nat displays PMI’s CORE VALUE of COMMUNITY: We act responsibly and strive to make a meaningful and lasting impact beyond our business operations.
Ja’nat is originally from the “City of Roses” Portland Oregon but has lived in Georgia for the last 24 years with her husband and three sons.
Rachel is one of the new portfolio managers. She has a rich background of 5 years in property management experience with multi family homes. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, she has lived through various states like Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia which made her fall in love with the design & story behind residential spaces. Set on furthering her career in property management in Georgia, she is actively working toward obtaining her Georgia real estate license. In her free time she loves catching up on the popular new shows, reading, and engaging in activities with her son. Rachel displays PMI’s CORE VALUE of PEOPLE: We treat people fairly and with dignity.
Meet the Local PMI Georgia Team
Beth joined PMI Georgia in November 2018. She brings more than 20+ years business management experience including 6 years in property management to our organization. Prior to Property Management she was also a residential real estate agent, utility construction company business partner and Mainframe Systems Engineer for Delta Air Lines. Beth delivers PMI’s BRAND PROMISE of HONESTY & INTEGRITY.
Beth has a blended family of 7 with 5 adult children, all pursuing varying careers & 4 “fur babies”. She and her husband Eric’s passion is traveling. Between the two of them they have visited all but 7 states in the United States and have been to 22 different countries so far. Chances are good that if you get an “Out of Office” message from her, she’s off exploring somewhere amazing. During her spare time at home, Beth enjoys playing games on her IPAD and is an avid WORDLE player.
Matt is a dedicated and experienced Realtor born & raised in metro Atlanta market with a passion for real estate investing. While growing up, Matt saw first-hand how real estate can build long-term wealth as his grandfather amassed a rental portfolio of 30 houses in Atlanta while he was an elementary school principal. Matt also relies on his 15+ years of nonprofit experience to work with clients on clarifying their goals, orienting them to the market, and positioning their properties for the best return on investment. Matt delivers PMI’s BRAND PROMISE of LESS WORRY – MORE OPPORTUNITY.
Matt and his wife live with their three children in Smyrna, the hometown of the Atlanta Braves. He spends most weekends cheering on his kids at their sporting events. Matt’s hobbies include exercise, outdoor adventure, traveling with his family, and poker.
Sue brings 30+ years of accounting experience, including 10 years of property management accounting to PMI Georgia. Sue delivers PMI’s BRAND PROMISE of ACCURATE ACCOUNTING. Prior to Property Management she was involved in Real Estate Investment accounting as well as non-profit work.
Sue has four adult children as well as four grandchildren. She is an avid hiker and traveler. Her days off are typically spent in some remote location, “unplugging” for a bit, or spending time with her grandchildren having an adventure. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, running and home projects.
Vicky is known for her attention to detail, getting things done & her contagious smile! With 18 years of property management experience, Vicky ensures PMI’s BRAND POSITION that WE ARE THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PEOPLETM. Her main area of focus is lease renewals. Vicky also worked in accounting for the DeKalb County Tax Commissioner’s office for 13 years.
Vicky has two adult sons—Josh works in the film industry in Georgia, and Justin has a career in catering in New York. She lives with her sister, Debbie, and they both enjoy creating and collecting miniatures and seeing Broadway shows at Atlanta`s Fox Theater. Vicky has a Shizu named Roxie, and her sister’s dog, Ginny, is Roxie’s sister!
With previous experiences in lending, manufacturing, and shipping industries, Jona, has caught on quickly to the property management and real estate industry by joining PMI Georgia. Her main role is onboarding new clients by making sure all the correct documents are in order. Jona represents PMI’S CORE VALUE of SERVICE: We hold ourselves to the highest standard of excellence in pursuit of our purpose.
As foodie, traveler, and a coffee lover, Jona aims to travel one country at a time but visiting every province of the Philippines is her top priority for now. She also loves joining outreach activities and promoting/supporting local businesses is one of her passions.
Hannah is a Rock Star when it comes to customer service! She oversees advertising rental homes. Hannah is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and opportunities by getting her real estate license. Hannah delivers PMI’s BRAND PROMISE of EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
Hannah loves training and spoiling her cats (Smokey and Turner) in her spare time. One day she hopes to have a horse of her own that she can train and spoil. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves traveling. Her dream trip is to go to the Florida Keys and see the mangroves, but she is happy to be at home reading a book too.
Gavin joins the team at PMI Georgia with a strong background in market research which served to identify potential clients, qualify leads, initiate contact and coordinate appointments. As an Associate Executive Interviewer, he played a crucial part in local and international agent recruitment, while also conducting market research interviews to contribute insights for various projects. Throughout his career, Gavin demonstrated a keen attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering results.
Gavin has a deep passion for various forms of art. During his leisure time, he enjoys immersing himself in music or indulging in movies. Additionally, he finds great joy in exploring new destinations, engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, and spending quality time with friends.

AJ began his career at PMI Georgia as field manager utilizing his 6+ years of construction experience. He later became interested in the property management & sales side, got his real estate license and for several years was PMI Georgia’s Business Development Manager. AJ has a passion for all areas of property management is dedicated to making sure all clients get the very best possible outcome on their investments. Currently AJ is the Director of Home Pro Solutions, a sister company that does maintenance and make readies for PMI. AJ constantly displays PMI’s CORE VALUE of ENTREPRENEURSHIP: We find a better way. We adopt an owner’s mindset and embrace change as an opportunity to adapt, grow and improve.
AJ has 2 beautiful children, a girl he was blessed with in May of 2019 & a baby boy born January 2023. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. When AJ isn’t working, you can find him playing golf/disc golf on a beautiful day or spoiling his children.
Carol has worked in the property management industry for over 10 years. Her dedication to PMI Georgia’s Owners and Residents is demonstrated every day as she strives to solve both simple and complex maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner. Carol demonstrates PMI’S CORE VALUE OF TRUST, because it is so important to DO THE RIGHT THING when it comes to maintenance. PMI Georgia's Owners & Residents rely on her to deliver what we promise & do what we say.
Carol has two daughters and four grandchildren, and loves hanging out with family and attending her grandchildren’s athletic activities. She is also an avid fan of murder mysteries and true crime television, especially shows set in Britain.
Keith started working in the building construction industry in 2004. His first jobs were as a commercial electrician and as a welder. Since then, he added many other skills from installing drain pipes, plumbing fixtures, toilets, showers and sinks to heavy work like replacing subfloors, installing new flooring, and the more detailed work like painting. Keith has cleaned out & renovated many properties to make them look new again. If you need work done on your property, Keith’s the guy that can get it done and done right!
Jim owns several rental properties so understands the importance of “curb appeal” and properly maintaining a property. He values PMI’s BRAND PROMISE of STEWARDSHIP: Getting it done RIGHT at the best value for the owner.
Jim lives in Peachtree City with his wife of 35 years and has a daughter in historic Savannah, GA. Jim enjoys “fixing things”, yardwork, playing any type of sport, and going to concerts & festivals.
